Automotive Super Center

i am a woman who has had at least 7-8 cars that have been serviced through automotive supercenter over the past 8-9 years... i have never been talked into doing anything that wasnt necessary for either maintenance or repairs needed... i have always been talked to very respectively and have always had my cars handled correctly and in a timely manner..there have been times when the repairs are longer than the ESTIMATED TIME that had been given at the check in but sometimes this is normal depending on what is found during the breakdown...my husband and i enjoy this company..this company is designated to customer service.. they currently have four stores..three of which are in longview...i love using the one on the loop where i know everyone by name and they know me..chris and the boys in the back are wonderful at what they do, whether its a custom upgrade to your vehicle or a needed one...and i also use the one on the spur..craig is wonderful there...truly a great person..there is not enough great things i can say about this company...i love the service :)

I took my car here for shaking, they took an hour looking at it and came back to me with almost 1500 dollars worth of mechanically things wrong with it. When I would not leave it with them for work they took an hour to get car back to me and were very rude. I took my car elsewhere for a second opinion all that was wrong was I needed 4 new tires and alignment. I did this and car is fine. I was so relived and happy I did not leave it there. I knew a lot they said was wrong with it wasn't. WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE AND RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!

I think this establishment is the most greastest Ive seen in a long time.Yoy can actually trust these people.I think everyone needs a raise
