I had the great pleasure of working with Ken Heinricks for many years and was deeply saddened to hear of his loss to cancer. Ken visited with me many times over the years to help me with my tree needs and we grew a friendship that like many people in the Elk Grove area will be sorrowly missed. Quickly upon Ken's passing the local rumor mill began to surface that his company, Arbor Tech Services had closed or was sold or many other unfounded tales. I decided to find out for myself and called them up and spoke to a gentleman whom identified himself as "Ken's son" Richard. To get to the point it only takes a moment of conversation to know that the apple did not fall far from the tree. I have now as of Friday worked with Richard four times and openly referred him to anyone that would listen. The relationship that I had with Ken will not be replaced, however I am enjoying my new friend that I have found in Richard.
