Have bought multiple rings etc... From Gordons in Rogers Arkansas... I have always bought from one and only one of there representatives, he name was Judy. She was with the company until recently, over the last few months they have fired almost the entire store and brought in new employees/management... To say the least the new crew is awful... I went in and over heard the new STORE MANAGER talking bad about Judy who has never been anything but helpful to me, any problems I have ever had she has taken of with a smile on her face, not to mention she was more than just a Gordons employee... She returned the favor by coming to eat often at my families local pizzeria in Bentonville... She would bring in all her friends and family. Since she has been let go the store in my opinion has gone down hill... The manager is VERY rude... You will know who she is you can't miss her. The old friendly staff is gone and now they have a bunch of trash talkers employed for them, I have to say that my days shopping at Gordons and Zales are OVER! The way I have seen them treat some of the employees is down right wrong. This is not a fake message or a angry family member, this is a honest consumer who is very dis pleased with the way they have been conducting there company. It's a shame, not to mention my family members used the Gordons in Fayetteville Arkansas and they to have recently fired a Manager named Randy that has been there since I was very young and now I am in my mid twenties.
