Is it against company policy and tenant confidentiality to serve a tenant an eviction notic e by a minor child that lives in another apartment building of shorter garden. Why management can't serve the eviction notice themselves. This is ongoing process with management. Having kids do their dirty work. i have lived there 2 years and they can not keep a manager longer then 6 months, they alway be fighting and shooting and loud music . there was one manager that was doing good for the place. mrs tammy. she didnt play. always took control. now she gone. the place is just bad again. my apartment got kicked in 3 times. you can always smell weed in the breeze way . the office is alwways closed . i have put in over 20 work orders in 2 months and nothing ever got fixed. i had a hole over my tub and it was patched up but still leaked. there was a black maintnes man with pretty eyes. he always lies about coming back to fix something. they always walk in when your not expecting them saying its an expection or to fix something all the sudden. the mice and roaches are soooo bad. i keep my place spotless and still find mice and roaches. im so glad i moved out of there. so if you are looking for a place to live ... this is not the place. this place is TERRIBLE!!! ...read more

The management is terrible, the neighbors are crazy. The actuall owner himself came out and didn't care. Crime way too high. When they did finally get a good apartment manager, they left within 6 months later. Turn over rate is extermely high. It seem each 1/2 year there is 2 new faces in the office. The poor office people didn't have heat in winter! Every month a new apartment building gets flooded, pipes bursting flooding parking lots with sewage, electrical fires. My neighbor had to call code inforcement twice. Other people call HUD all the time just to get new appliances. It take over a few months for them to fix leaks due to shortage in maintence men. Too many apartments have dangerious mold, except apartment 1-10. Kids get snatched, porstitution activity, constant police activity every day after 5 and every weekend. You hear everything around you, paper thin walls, damaged roof on all buildings. Downstairs apartments always flood from upstairs pipes. Shall I continue? ...read more
