David made big promises, showed many photos of work in other states...he did a complete pool demolition and finish with an expensive Fossilcrete preparation. When the Fossilcrete started coming off the following month he said it was not his fault it was the manufacturer and convinced us to just go with a painted surface, anxious to have a little return on our considerable investment and get wet-we agreed to paint. David insisted that a single coat of paint was sufficient-after much disagreement he added a thin 2nd coat and 2 days later started filling the pool. After painting we hired David Kemp and his guys to maintain the pool when they noticed the paint was coming off in sheets. David would not show up at our site after that and we grew tired of his excuses over the phone. We hired another company to close the pool and face another re-finish job this summer. ...read more
