I WENT TO MATHIS AT 301 STATELINE ROAD IN SOUTHAVEN, MS ON THIS DAY. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I HAD A COUPON FOR $16 FOR A OIL CHANGE AND GAVE IT TO BERT. AFTER BERT SAW MY 2004 JEEP HE THAN SAID I NEEDED NEW TIRES. I DIDN'T WANT TO GET TIRES ONLY A OIL CHANGE. BERT INFORM ME IF I DIDN'T GET NEW TIRES, I COULDN'T GET A OIL CHANGE. I ASK HIM FOR MY COUPON BACK HE THAN SAID HE COULDN'T GIVE IT BACK CAUSE HE HAD ALREADY SCAN THE CODE IN THE SYSYTEM, DUE TO SAY THE COUPON DIDN'T HAVE A BAR CODE ON IT. AFTER QUESTIONING BERT HE SAID I HAD A OIL LEAK AND COULDN'T GET SERVICE AT MATHIS. DUE TO SAY AGAIN I DON'T HAVE A OIL LEAK IF I HAD ONE MY TRUCK WOULD'VE INFORMED ME. I TOOK MY TRUCK TO ANOTHER PLACE TO HAVE IT LOOKED AT AND DIDN'T HAVE A OIL LEAK AS BERT HAD SAID AND RECEIVED A OIL CHANGE FOR MORE WHEN I COULD HAD RECEIVED A OIL CHANGE AT MATHIS WITH MY COUPON FOR ONLY $16. VERY, VERY, POOR SERVICE AND BERT DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME A PRINT OUT TO SHOW ANY WORK THAT NEEDED LIKE THE OTHER PLACES DO FOR THERE CUSTOMERS. RUN LIKE HELL FROM MATHIS. ...read more
