Hi! My name is Kathy Blough and I need your help! I am looking for Item#116081 (Metallic Tree Buds Metal Art) and your store is one of the very few that says you have it in stock. I know it's not your policy to ship items out from the store but I am willing to pay whatever the cost may be. My e-mail address is rkblough@msn.com and my phone #814-327-4999. PLEASE let me know if you have this item and if there is any way at all that you could ship it to me. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Kathy ...read more

Relax The Back

By ichabooka at Citysearch

If you're thinking of buying a chair from these guys, you should reconsider - or at least make sure you document every conversation with them using audio and preferably video. \t\n\t\nRelax the Back in Little Rock is a franchise, owned and operated by Eric Elizondo. Since it is a franchise, the corporate offices have little say in how Eric operates his business. This affords him the freedom to engage in shady business practices, as I will explain.\t\n\t\nI work from home, and I needed a good chair. I'm often in the area where the store is located, and wandered in one day to see what kind of chairs they might have. I met Eric, and he showed me around his storeroom. I ended up selecting the Lifeform chair with the lumbar support, and memory foam in the seat and back. Really nice chair, and very comfortable. I bought it on the spot. The chair as I originally ordered it was close to 2000 dollars.\t\n\t\nLater that afternoon, I decided that 2000 dollars might be a bit high for an office chair. I had a little help coming to this decision. :) I called the store up and explained that I was going to have to change my order, and could we please go with the mesh back chair I had seen. The chair was going to be around 900 dollars with headrest. Eric explained that I should keep the headrest as I would need it. I said I would think about it and call him back. At this point, I believed that the order had been changed to the mesh back chair.\t\n\t\nI called back the next day and spoke with one of his sales reps. I told him the situation and that I had decided not to go with the head rest, but would like the mesh backed chair I had discussed with Eric. After hanging up with him, I was under the impression that I would be getting a chair with mesh backing and no headrest.\t\n\t\n3 or so weeks later when the chair arrived, it was the original chair I had ordered minus the head rest. I didn't realize it at first, and so didn't mention it while they were here installing it. I called back later and told Eric that he had ordered the wrong chair. This is where it gets interesting.\t\n\t\nEric did not remember our conversation. He refused to take the chair back unless I gave him a 30%(!) restocking fee of 500 dollars to cover the shipping fees. His argument was that he would be unable to sell it. Since it was a special order chair (because I picked a color for it), it was not eligible for the 30 day money back guarantee. He instead offered me a 200 dollar credit.\t\n\t\nI spoke with corporate who, although very nice and very helpful, were unable to do anything about the situation. \t\n\t\nSo, the moral of the story is to be very careful in dealing with this company. Make copies of anything you sign, and get every conversation documented or you will get screwed. ...read more

My wife and I purchased a Dryer and 2 Fisher & Paykel washers from this business (AAA Applainance). The first washer was purchased in 2002, when in quit working in December 2009, we purchased another one. It's now April 2012 and the water pump started leaking which shorted the Computer Board. After visiting the store to resolve the issue of the "Short Life Span" of this product, we got NO customer service/resolution at all. Instead in a deplorable attitude, we were told the water pump would cost $60 and the computer board would cost $175 to replace with a $60 service call. "This may fix your problem, we can't guarantee it." This is all Adam and his father, Steve could offer us. My wife and I left the store in dis-belief of the horrible customer service. We will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and inform ALL of our Facebook friends of our "Negative Customer Experience" with the business and the faulty product of Fisher & Paykel...TonyS ...read more

Floors and Furnitures

Protecting your furniture and floors is as easy as 1-2-3.  Self-adhesive felt pads come in various sizes and thickness but we recommend 1/8" thickness for table and chair legs.  On new furnitures, simply peel and stick.  On old furnitures, take a fine grit sand paper and gently scrap off left over adhesive.  Wipe with a damp rag and make sure surface is dry.  Then peel and stick the pads.  These will prevent scuff marks on any floor surface such as wood, tiles, marbles, linoleum. ...read more
