I NEEDED TO BE TOWED I CALLED THESE PEOPLE AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGED ME 300.00. THEN I CALLED AND CANCELED DUE TO FOUND A CHEEPER TOWING COMPANY IN PINE BLUFF. THESE PEOPLE DEMANED AND MADE ME PAY THEM 150.00 CAUSE THEY SAID I DID NOT CANCEL AND I DID I HAVE WITNESSES. UNITED TOWING & RECOVERY IN PINE BLUFF ONLY CHAREGED ME 150.00 TO TOW MY VEHICHLE FROM PINE BLUFF TO LITTLE ROCK THEY WERE AMAZING, AND THE WRECKER DRIVER WAS VERY NICE. The lady that worked the front desk only told us half the story. We went to check on the costs of our vehicle that had been towed. When we arrived the lady told us how much and broke down the price for us seems nice huh? Well, we came back the next day to find she didn't tell us everything! Apparently there was a *hold* by the state police, so we called the state police, funny thing, the state police did not have any record of hold ever made. Then we tried to speak with asher wrecker and the old man pulled the blinds down and refused to speak. Now, we are going to have to pay for another day of storage due to having the state police to get involved to release the vehicle! ...read more
