We have been here a few times and absolutely LOVE the staff and the atmosphere. They really try to make it as relaxed as possible, with tons of design aids to include an idea center, stamps, stencils, sponges, tape, the works!! And unless they are just crazy busy, they are ALWAYS more than happy to help with handprints or footprints, as well as helping you draw things out before you begin. The owner is almost always there, and she has donated to a number of charities I am involved with. Her entire staff is a joy to work with!! Great customer service, good prices!!
