Well, I wish that I would have researched this place before paying $600 for a transmission. The first transmission was not even the right one, so we managed, after a full week of arguing, to get him to order us another one. Had to wait a week to get it. Guess what? This one simply was bad. Called the shop for another week straight trying to talk to the 'manager'. Finally got a hold of him this morning, he says he won't deal with us anymore because our warranty has expired when he is responsible for two of those weeks passing. B & B replaced a transmission for me around 8 months ago and forgot to put in several screws. I had to return to have this done after I started leaking a few weeks down the road. They also do not hold to their verbal agreements. After a wreck I had that totalled my car they purchased the car from me and had it hauled to their lot. We had a verbal agreement I would be able to collect all of my items from the car and that they would call me to do so. They did not call me and my calls did not go through until about a week later and they told me to come in that morning, but when I arrived about an hour later they had crushed my car.
