Pass up the The Shipping Office and drive to North Little Rock!Mary the owner claims she has been in business 14 years. How in the world she made it past 14 days with her attitude, I'll never know. She never listens to the customer, she is always right and everyone else wrong, if they disagree with her. She will tell you how good she is for 10 minutes but if you rebut she will start talking over you. I ended up taking my service somewhere else. The staff lady was unbelievably rude, arrogant, and confrontations. I can't believe UPS wants to be associated with this store. Won't give a proper UPS drop off receipt. ...read more
