CNA's are rude. Amanda Levato is rude. My loved one is in this place because she broke her hip and the people that take care of her (besides a choice few) are rude. She asked for a wet wipe to clean herself with and one of the CNA's told her "You don't need a wet wipe, use the toilet paper, that's what it's there for." Fred is a joke. He lets his employees walk all over him and in turn, no problem gets taken care of. My loved one finally gathered up the courage today to talk to the managers about how some of the CNA's were treating her and Amanda point blank told her "oh no one is being mean to you. Our nurses are nice." What got accomplished there besides that rude woman bullying her into telling them exactly what they wanted to hear? Fred stood there with Amanda the whole time and was such a wimp that he wouldn't stand up for her. Poor service, poor attitudes, and a huge chip on their shoulder is all you will find at Lake Hamilton Health and Rehab. DON'T BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!! ...read more
