You go to a walk-in when you need care right away that isn't an emergency. They charged me my co-pay then sent a bill that indicated I had paid nothing. When I call them to tell them I paid they informed me that my $10 went toward the facility fee and that the bill I received is for the doctor. I am sorry but their nasty facility doesn't deserve a fee and I sure shouldn't have to pay my co-pay twice. I will not be using Sparks Health Systems EVER again. They are not upfront about costs and they are rude when trying to explain that to you on the phone. If you are looking for good service go to Mercy or Cooper Clinic and stay away from anything associated with Sparks. ...read more

I brought in my prescription from another doctor to have glasses made, but they did them wrong. The management insisted it was my doctor's fault, that he obviously did something wrong. So I went to see my doctor again was told my prescription was correct, but the glasses were made wrong. I then went back to Vision Plus with detailed instructions on hot to correct the problem, but they screwed up AGAIN! Of course, they again tried to blame my doctor but when I pointed out they had blamed the doctor last time when it was *their* mistake, I was told by the manager, Rusty, to never come back: NO Refund, NO offer to fix the problem...simply leave and don't come back. The he followed that up by using a Gay slur against me.They also charged me $180 for $79 "Bargain" glasses claiming my prescription required special lenses (NOT SO said my doctor). Yet they insisted on using polycarbonate lenses when plastic would have more than sufficed.DON'T SHOP HERE! ...read more

This review is focused on the experiences pertaining to our visit to Dr. Stinson. The issue was that an appointment was made for Claudette Bull, in wihich her sister and myself are the primary caretakers. During the consultation Dr. Stinson scheduled a BA Swallow test the following week (this was the first week of April...appointment for the test April 15th). Keep in mind that Claudette is 80 years old, semi-invalid, and lives over 30 miles from Ft. Smith. We prepared her, made the trip, and had the test conducted at Mercy Hospital. We were also instructed by Dr. Stinson that her office would call within a week to ten days following the test and and schedule another appointment to review the test results. This never happened ...read more
