I don't care how cute thier clothes are, they have horrible customer service. I ordered a dress online and it was too large. They had the dress in the store yet refused to exchange it for me. They told me that they would only give me credit online so unless I bought the dress twice I couldn't have it. They told me it was 2 owners yet the "owner" that never called me back in 3 days Ashley is listed as the owner of the website. All I wanted was the dress in a smaller size. I wasn't looking for my money back. The manager that I spoke to told me to buy something else. She als started laughing at me. When I asked why she was laughing at me she told me that she was doing something else. Long story short. Unless you are certian you aren't going to need to exchange an item, I suggest you shop elsewhere. The employees and owner made no effort to resolve my situation. ...read more

I do not recommend this company to anyone who is serious about professional advertising. We were billed for previously paid work. After I inquired about the invoices, I received doctored invoices to reflect changes to questions I had about the bills. Moreover, after contacting Greg Mack about questions concerning payment, I was insulted personally and professionally with baseless accusations. Greg Mack showed little professionalism using profane words and insults. We also purchased products from his company that were unsatisfactory. For example, we paid $2 a piece for bumper stickers, which were we told by Greg would be the superior quality. Needless to say, after one rainy day, the stickers came off and left a residue on my car that I still cannot remove. There are lots of other advertising companies available in NWA and I strongly advocate using those companies instead of TaylorMack. You would be wise to do so. ...read more
