The Maumelle location is in a FLOOD ZONE & has a loud train track in the backyard. The owner's response: "we're not legally obligated to tell you that." Maumelle fire department would agree.. do NOT move here!! You'll lose everything. My family is STILL trying to bounce back from this terrible decision. We bought our house. Then Rush Hal Properties came in and turned our neighborhood into an apartment complex! It's horrible! No person expects to pay $190,000 or more for their home in a nice neighborhood and then have over a dozen brand new Rent houses built! When we bought our house there were covenants we had to sign and agree to. The renters speed up and down the roads and park multiple vehicles all over the street. Everyone deserves enjoyment of their home but Rush Hal Properties has destroyed my families enjoyment of our home that we PAY A MORTGAGE on NOT RENT! ...read more
