I bought a Beautyrest mattress and in one year it has started sagging and causing me nigh after night back pain. The Simmons company basically told me to take in up with the dealership where I purchased the bed and that was the west little rock store. I went round and round with their manager Glen for four months and in the end I got the shaft. No I have a 450 dollar mattress that I have to throw away or give to Goodwill. Beware of this company as all they are interested in is selling mattresses. No customer service! ...read more
