  1. Infected cartilage piercing?
    K

I had my cartilage pierced about 2 months ago and it still hasn't healed. It's sore and the skin around the piercing is always swollen but there's no bleeding/throbbing/discharge/anything like that. Is it infected? What can I do to fix it? When I got it done they told me to clean it with sea salt and rotate it twice a day but some things I've read say that it's bad to rotate cartilage piercings.

Yes, it is infected. You may want to take it out and let it heal. Then let it heel and get it re-done!
