Normally, I'd tell you to ask MerchantCircle support to confirm that someone else has claimed the listing, but they are very slow at responding to questions. I'd first ask around to see if anyone in the company claimed the business by accident, or maybe claimed it on purpose but then forgot. I would also try posting a question on the business itself (pretend to be a customer) and see if you get a response.
