We try but it isn't easy. Currently we are trying to stay away from "fried" foods and watching our Carbohydrates.

Eating healthy is only an option when you visit establishments which are geared towards quality organic and natural foods, such as we are. Otherwise, your only option is to cook your foods for yourself.

We really attempt to do so. No red dyes, preservatives, etc. But it's hard when you are in public.
