Basic Health ~ Only $29.95 per month
Our Basic Health includes Physician Care, Ancillary Services, Hopital Advocacy and NurseLine. With our Physician Care there is no waiting period, no pre-authorization for treatment, no paperwork and you receive Instant Savings. Our Ancillary Services include physical therapy, labratory procedures, imaging centers, hearing services, mental health services and diabetic supplies. Ameriplan's Hospital Advocacy group assists you if you need to be hospitalized and the anticipated charges exceed $2500, an advocate is assigned to negotiate the best possible fees for the hospital services, accounting for your ability to pay. NEW BENEFIT FEATURE: NurseLine is provided at no extra cost and helps you address your family's immediate health matters or get your health questions answered by licensed registered nurses 24/7. You may save hours instead of waiting in a Doctor's office, missed time from work, or even the high cost of office visits by consulting a nurse regarding a medical problem before visiting the doctor.

Total Health ~ Only $39.95 per month for Entire Household
Total Health combines all the programs of Dental Plus and Basic Health namely Dental, Vision, Prescription, Chiropractic, Physician Care, Ancillary Services, Hospital Advocacy and our NEW NurseLine. This plan provides a lot of options for your family's changing needs!

Total Health Plus ~ Only $59.95 per month for Entire Household!
Total Health Plus combines all the programs AmeriPlan offers: Dental Plus, Basic Health plus three additional non-medical programs:
AmeriPlan DriveAmerica Auto Club (administered by the United States Auto Club, Motoring Division) - Emergency roadside service provided 24x7. $50 sign and drive for towing services. Includes flat tire, out-of-gas and lockout services. Members receive 25% discount on all charges exceeding $50.

AmeriPlan Legal Services (administered by CLC Incorporated) - Free Initial consultation with an attorney on each separate legal matter. Members receive a 25% discount on any ongoing legal fees. Access to over 4,500 online legal and financial documents, along with a complete legal reference resource.

AmeriPlan Identity Theft Assistance (administered by CLC Incorporated) - Provides education on identity theft prevention. In cases where identity theft has occurred, a personal advocate assists members from the first call to completed resolution. If necessary, legal referrals are available, with free consultation and a 25% discount on ongoing attorney fees.
