I have always traded at your Fayette location but I transferred it to your Tuscaloosa store due to me being out of town alot. I must say that the service at your Fayette store is superior they were always friendly and curtious and act like they were happy you chose to come there. However your Skyland location is a totally different atmoshere. They seem frustrated when you enter the store and that they could care less if you come there or not.I got a courtisy call yesterday at 6.00 pm to remind me that I was due. I know it isn't your place to do that but it helps your customers tremindously but when trading at your Fayette location thay always gave you a call a day in advance however Tuscaloosa don't. So by the time I got your courtisy call I had already paid other bills thinking I was due next week. This why I told them that I would have to wait till Wednesday when my wife got paid.
