American Wholesale Distributors (AWD) opened for business in 1978 in Wylam, Alabama. In June 2003, AWD was purchased by current owner Greg Sazera and relocated to Pelham, Alabama the following year. Mr. Sazera has worked 25 plus years in the wholesale business, giving him the knowledge and experience to better serve his customers. The business has grown from lightbulbs and batteries to a full line of wholesale products and convenience items for all of your business needs. AWD offers wholesale products to convenience stores, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, ballparks, and gift shops within 120 miles of Birmingham, Alabama.
