Hello Mattressmax or Don Wiglesworth. I was a customer of yours several years ago when I bought a floor model Queen mattress with a 15 year non pro-rated warranty. After 2 years it sagged in the middle when two 'normal' people lay on it. One person could get away with it. I called and you sent someone out to measure for the ' 2" sag '. That's a pretty neat trick to do when no one is on the mattress or claim that a light stain voids the warranty. The problem, is when 2 people (both aound 165 lbs.) lay on it and they roll toward each other because of the cheap mattress. (worn out from being a floor model?) Measure it then! Countless sleepless nights, but what can you do when you've already spent your $. You make do and never purchase from Mattressmax and their affiliates. You make sure everyone you know knows this.
