Tull Chemical Co is the only firm in the United States of America which makes Sodium Fluoroacetate, also known as "Compound 1080." Since many environmental activists have Internet pages which are trying to get this chemical banned for use in the United States of America, they are not unbiased on the subject. In fact, I have reviewed a number of activists' pages (including pages referring to or written by a US Representative from Oregon who is sponsoring a bill to outlaw Sodium Fluoroacetate) that contain inaccuracies and outright false statements about the chemical. I'm neutral on the question of whether Sodium Fluoroacetate should be legal or not, but I believe that debate on the subject ought to be based on facts, not emotions. So in researching Tull Chemical Company or its product, sodium fluoroacetate, I'd advise you to consult Tull Chemical or government agencies and research groups, not just political activism groups and politicians.
