There are too many patients and not enough doctors in this office. If you go here be prepared for a VERY long wait. The nurses behind the front desk (especially the middle aged lady with long hair) are rude and not helpful at all. Dr. Massey has NO "bed side manor" and is rude almost all of the time. Parma is so new to this that he has to consult with Massey all of the time. And they see way too many people so they don't remember you from one visit to the next (even if it was just a day apart). But then again, you'll wait for hours for the doctors to see you for only 2-5 minutes so they can't really remember faces, names, cases or anything else that well. ...read more
