I hired Frank W. Riggs from Montgomery, AL some time ago and found him to be 100% incompetent. He tried to force his religion (Mormon) on me and instead of offering legal advice, he tried to judge me based on his religious beliefs. When I did not bow down to his "recommendations" based on his religion, he basically dropped me like a hot potato. Matter of fact, he actually gave me bad legal advice and it hurt me later during my time of litigation. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND FRANK W. RIGGS.
