I would not recommend this company to anyone! They constantly had my account screwed up and claimed I owed more than I did every quarter. I had to call just about every quarter to try to get my account corrected and it would take me 4 or 5 days most times to get in touch with someone. After I cancelled my service with them they were very nice about it, but later I decided to use another company to monitor my alarm system. To do this I needed them to deactivate a serial number on the cell back up so the new company could begin monitoring. Dana Temple (the owner) was very rude about it and claimed they couldn't do anything without sending someone to my house and charging me a fee to have them do it. The new company I went with said that all he had to do was go online and deactivate the serial number, they shouldn't have to come to my house. It seems Mr. Temple was mad that I no longer wanted to use his company and this was a last ditch effort to get more money out of me. The new company had to install a brand new cell back up so they could activate the new serial number. ...read more
