After they built a high pressure hose for my car, I paid to have it installed, but it leaked. Since this type thing can happen, I contacted Montgomery Radiator for a replacement. Rudely, he said 'aint never had that happen, come get a refund if that's what you're calling about." I did. He rudely threw the money at me and said, 'forget my address.'
