Took my car in to have a very small crack repaired. Their "repair" ended up damaging the windshield even more! Then they had the audacity to refuse to repair the damage of their own doing! Oh but wait- they offered to replace my windshield (conveniently, they do that there too) at a "discounted" price that was $200 more than my dealership quoted me for the same replacement. But the best part of this story is that I went to another windshield repair place in town and they were able to fix the "unrepairable" windshield, even with the Safelite-caused damage, good as new in 20 minutes. Within about ten minutes of leaving Autonation Honda at Bel Air Mall after buying my 2008 Trailblazer, the check engine light came on. This happened in the middle of the Bay tunnel, and in stop-and-go traffic, so it was more than a little nerve-wracking. I immediately called the dealership to see what was going on, and they told me that it was my problem, since it was a used car.
