The absolute rudest staff. Claimed I had 8 cavities , which I dont. Forced to pay out of pocket for a copy of my Xrays even though Ins was billed. BCBS cut them a ck 6-23-11, we are going on 7 wks later yet I havent received a refund. Not to mention I went in for a cleaning and was told they recommend I get a deep cleaning instead. This was to be done in 2 sessions each running 270.00 per visit. They got very hostile when I asked for a refund ck and Ive filed a complaint with the BBB. ...read more
