From the time I walked in the door until the time I walked out...they were completely wonderful! Their work is of the highest quality in North Alabama. Their customer service is exceptional! The guy (I think his name is Seejay) does the coolest sketch tats I have ever seen and the girl (I think her name is Shayna) does the most awesome portraits out there. The shop was completely clean and sanitary and I was impressed with every aspect of both the business and the art. I've been wanting my nose pierced since forever. So, I finally worked up enough nerve to get it done and I have "No Regrets". It was clean, timely, reasonably priced, organized, and the guy who did my piercing was knowledgeable in his craft. I went in with a design ready and an idea of where I wanted the tattoo, Stephen is the one who worked on my tattoo. He took the design and modified it to look a whole lot better and was able to add a lot more color to it. He also gave me some ideas of where the tattoo would look better and fit with a future sleeve. I am glad I took his advice.
