I bought a used tire from this shop on 1/20/2011. Within 5 minutes to putting the tire on and driving back to work the sam tire i purchase was a bad tire(it went flat). I tried putting air in it, and it didnt fill back up. I was late to work rushing so didnt have time to bring it back the same day so i left my vehicle parked outside of my work place approx. 2 miles from the auto place. 1/24 i called the shop to see if i can exchange my tire, and informed the guy of the problem. He stated i dont have warrranty on the tire anymore since it had air in it when i purchased it. told me he can cut me a deal on another tire. I informed him i didnt want to spend any more money in his store since its not guaranteed to work. Well he cursed me out and hung up his phone. This is a terrible place to do business. they only care about money not SATISFYING their CUSTOMERS. If possible people stay away from this shop!
