The "professionals" at this store were very rude! I was trying to purchase an iPad and could not get anyone to help me. When I finally caught someone they told me I would have to wait for one of the others to "get free" so I could make my purchase. In the past, have had good technical assistance at this site, but since Verizon has started the touch-screen sign-in, customer service has gone downhill. If you don't sign-in, they don't speak to you. I went in to look at a phone I was planning on ordering online. No one spoke when I entered, of course. That's not the first time I've been ignored there.
