My home is under contract and the buyer requested a home inspection at their expense. So, I accommodated their timeline at the expense of my work schedule. I keep my home clean, organized and orderly. The I spection was performed on 7/8/2013 (today). I came home after a day of being away (5hours of inspection time my personal work requirements) to find my utility room completely moved around and basically ransacked. Seriously, it would have taken less than an hour to put things back - but NO - you left them a MESS! And the. Left me some letter on my kitchen counter top as a kind of excusability for your actions? Seriously?! So, no, in this competitive arena, where taking care of all stakeholders is important, no - unequivocally - I cannot and will not recommend your services. ...read more
