I made an early appointment to get a few highlights in my hair, the girl seemed to know what she was doing. She left and my scalp started getting itchy and then started to burn very badly. I couldn't find my stylist anywhere. Finally this girl rinsed it out but my scalp still felt very uncomfortable. When my stylist finally came back she put this thing in my hair at the shampoo bowl. When she got done drying it was this awful ugly brown shade. I wanted to be more blonde!! And the girl seriously had the nerve to tell me it was the lighting and i still had to pay. These people don't know what they're doing. When i got home my hair felt so dry and when i brushed it, it was coming out. I've never had such a bad experience anywhere and when i tried to call back no one would answer the phone. The place is shabby for an "upscale" salon and the staff are very rude and will just run away while you have burning chemicals on your head!!! I will never be back, i don't recommend this place!!! ...read more
