I have been managing e-commerce sites for over 10 years and this is one of the worse hosting company on the planet. I don't understand how come they have so many positive reviews. It doesn't make any sense. I usually don't post reviews but they make me so mad. First of all when you open a ticket with them, they don't really answer your question. If they don't know the answer, they will blame it on your site. Secondly, they took down my ecommerce site in the middle of the day because BingBot was crawling my site ... and it was slowing down the shared server. I found out later that they blocked BingBot at the firewall level so my site is now not indexed on Bing/Yahoo. Finally, when you cancel your account, they still send you invoices and they require you to call them to give them a reason why you are canceling because it is their policy. We haven't been with Simple Helix for long, but in the short time that we have been with Simple Helix, they have been amazing. Support tickets are answered very quickly. We had been using another "unlimited" host before and basically you get what you pay for... With Simple Helix the prices are a little higher, but the performance and value is there to justify the expense. Our last host literally had us in tears with the slow db connections.
