On May 1st I requested a pick up of a significant amount of furniture from the house I had moved out of and was wanting to list with a realtor. I stopped in to talk to the manager in person. A couple of weeks later I called to request an update on when I could expect a pickup. I indicated that there was probably a full truck load of goods. I was told it would be a week or two. I just called today, June 9, and was told 1. the truck won't go to that location, 2. there has to be another pickup on the same date for it to go out there, 3. there is no one here who can help you, etc. I requested that the supervisor, Aston, call Monday and verified my phone numbers again with them. So it has been seven weeks and I am still waiting to get 10-12 pieces of furniture out of the house so we can take photos and list the house on MLS. If I didn't need the credit for my taxes I would not go through this! I don't know how to alert someone higher up that is more responsible and would care about these people doing their jobs so poorly and have no idea how many other folks are waiting like I am for a truck that may never come. ...read more
