I purchased a Kubota RTV from another dealer while out of town, took my unit in to have it serviced by a dealer and to get several warranty issues checked out. Upon unloading it was explained that they would not do any warranty work because I did not purchase RTV from Powell Tractor (Kubota) , Granted I didn't purchase unit from them because was $1100 less at Toomey Tractor in Theodore, AL. and just so happened we had a job in Mobile at time of purchase. Thinking of giving them the Benefit of the doubt. DON'T I've purchased 2 large pieces of tractor attachments from Powell Kubota this year and this is how they treat a customer.
