No stars. Absolute garbage. Dog came home with bald patches, fleas, and sores that no one told me about. I called to ask why. Owner told me "no one noticed" then hung up on me. Groomer used Joy dish washing soap rather than dog shampoo, and liquid fabric softener rather than conditioner. This gave my pet a very severe skin problem. In the end I had to take my pet to the vet to get his skin treated. Owner is rude to every, including employees. Does nothing to make anyone feel comfortable. I've only been twice, both times were horrid. This doesn't even look like a good place to work. Stay far away from this place. Dr. Flowers & Dr. Hastings gave my darling pets the up most attention. I enjoyed working for/with Dr. Flowers very much, and miss Folet Veterinary Hospital with each passing day in the U.P of MI.
