Bought 2 tires and they did not balance correctly my husband is an certified auto tech and told me they did not balance them correctly. I made an appointment to come back and asked them specifically to rebalanced the front tires. My appointment was at 9am and I did not get my car back until 11:40 and they wanted me to pay for my rear tires being balanced when I did not even want them to touch the rear tires since they were just balanced not even 5 months ago when I purchased my rear tires. When I got there to pick up my vehicle not only did they not apologize ,since they expected me to call them as if I were a mind reader, they had the nerve to insult my intelligence and ask for me to pay for something they had no right to do. I will NEVER go to this dealership again and I have decided to never purchase Ford again since they give there dealerships free reign to treat customers like this !
