I personally don't have an issue. Other than slight noise from the neighbors going up stairs, on the whole the place is fine. Parking leads to want change, however, stiff back the one's that don't belong and they will move, besides the lease says guests may not park in front of the housing (duh just point that out), however, management will deal with it. Parking crooked is just stupid people thinking their cars are so perfect they don't want the PoS damaged, easy solved, squeeze them in. If you want to live where people slam doors, chain smoke on their balconies/patios, stomp around in their apartments, openly deal drugs, park on the lines, park inoperable vehicles and will bully you if you say anything, then by all means, move into this dump. This place will rip you off as they have done to me and other people I know that have lived there. They will be nice and inviting when you arrive to inquire about the place and show you this beautifully decorated apartment with a yard that they use only for viewing, then put you in a dump with stained carpet, little to no insulation, and a broken air conditioner and then send you a bill when you move out charging you for it.
