My wife, 2 kids and I were going to Orange Beach for our family vacation and started overheating on the Foley Beach Express. We pulled over, called for roadside assistance and arranged for alternate transportation so as not to ruin our vacation at the beach. The whole time I was worried about dropping our SUV off to a out of town (for us anyway) car repair service. I figured they know we have to get home and it seems so simple to manufacture problems that arent there knowing we would have little choice but to pay or stay. It was all I could think about leaving my car there on a Sunday night, unattended and not knowing how we were going to get "taken" the next morning. I met and spooke with Rick at the establishment and he was very polite and friendly. I left waiting for him to call and explain what I was looking at to get home.
