If every company would treat their customers like they do the world of commerce would be a better place. They replaced 15 window panes in my house and their service man was always courteous, friendly, polite, knowledgable, tidy and prompt. He was fantastic. The entire team at Eastern Shore Glass Glass Company, Inc understand that the customer is the reason why they are in business. In a day and age where too many companies are all about the numbers it is a breath of fresh air to know you can count on a company to do the right thing and not take advantage of you. I am in the process of selling said house and have since moved out of state. My realtor wanted to use another company to fix "broken" hardware on two windows. I insisted on using Eastern Shore Glass Company, Inc because of the service I received in the past. They informed me the hardware was not broken but needed an adjustment.
