They agreed to take my relative but when I got there and got her settled in, I was told by The Marketing Director and social worker that they couldn't help and I would have to take her home. I was devastated. Why is the Marketing Director "Will" in charge of who stays and who goes? Why was the social worker "Wendy"following him around and now uttering a word? This place has serious staff problems, I wonder if the maintenance man changes the bedding or maybe it's the nutition dept. I wouldn't take my dog here. ...read more

Feeling helpless with a loved one? Is Health South telling you that they'll give your loved one the best care? Watch out!!! They will get you in the door and then refuse to admit your loved one. As you're walking out the door, the are asking you where you're going? When you leave, they turn around and call DHS on you.
