The Decatur store personnel lack integrity. My wife left a cell phone in the dressing room while trying on clothes. An employee called our home from the phone to tell us that they had it and we can come get it. When we arrived, it was not in its location. Management reviewed tapes and 10 different employees had been in the cabinet since the phone was placed there. If Academy employs people of this character who will steal from their paying customers, I'd imagine they also steal from the store. It seems Academy's mentality is to hire many underpayed employees to create an illusion of more help. Fewer, and better paid employees actually provide better help and integrity is retained.
