John Carpenter is unprofessional, rude and harassing. This review is coming from a customer who paid every month on time too. I feel for the customer that is a day or two late with their payment. And please whatever you do, don't think if you trade in a vehicle and it gets paid off early, they will be courteous and professional, nope, that is when it gets fun. I traded the vehicle off on a Friday evening- regular payment was not even due yet- and by Tuesday morning, the idiot was calling my mother and the dealership where I work and traded my vehicle into acting like a complete idiot being rude and harassing and did not stop even after speaking to a manager who assured him that I did indeed trade the vehicle in and he would be getting a payoff check. His answer to him calling repeatedly and harassing everyone?? That every other dealership besides himself- a buy here pay here lot with about a dozen cars- is crooked. I went all over central Alabama looking for a Chevrolet or GMC truck. I finally came to Stokes where they had both on the lot. After making the neccesary comparisons i made my choice.
