It is my understanding that there is a new Waste Company in Blount County. For the record, my husband and I have used Blount Waste Services for years. We are very pleased with the service we have received, are receiving and will continue to receive from BWS. We have never had a problem or issue. In fact, one time some dogs got into our garbage overnight and the next morning I saw one of the men picking up the garbage in the yard around the garbage can. I have been a Blount Waste Service customer for a while. I usually leave one trash can per Thursday morning to be emptied. The only time I can remember my can being completely emptied is when I left a note on the lid to PLEASE empty it. I don't understand why your company doesn't take the time to empty a garbage can. Isn't each customer important enough to satisfy by giving good service. Like, empty the Garbage can? Yes, I just pulled my garbage can back up to where I keep it.
