Tim did a great job. He took his time and showed me the major concerns. Explained everything and gave me great information. He was very thorough. I wish I could have gotten the report sooner. My inspection was at 7 am on Tuesday and I received the report on Friday night after 10 pm. The report had pictures and great information. Overall, I was satisfied with the report. ...read more
