*I MADE A MISTAKE AND FORGOT TO GIVE THEM A "STAR" RATING. 1 STAR!* 1st. They tried to charge me for 6 shirts when in fact I only had 5 and when I caught it after I paid them upfront, they didn't want to reimburse me. Instead they wanted to give me a $1.99 credit. After I told them that I was visiting from out of town, they finally gave me my money back. 2nd. When I picked up my 5 shirts, one sweater and one pair of pants, I initially requested NO crease on my pants...........guess what I got? A CREASE!!!!! 3rd. 2 out of the 5 shirts were NOT clean and they insisted on another...........(yes you guessed it)..........another CREDIT!!!! After speaking with the off-site supervisor on the phone at the location, I was given back a refund on both shirts. I will NEVER return and I strongly advise anyone else from doing so. They are considered an "off-site" cleaners and I should have known better. PLEASE do yourself a favor and avoid this cleaners at ALL cost. You're welcome. ...read more

This cleaners is lacking to say the least. They take forever, and they lose items as well. When I refused to pay for something that they cant find and has taken over a month now, they were quite dismissive. Not happy with this place at all. Need to work on customer service. ...read more

Wash It Quick Laundry was started in 2007. We saw a need in the Center Point area for a large, clean, attended laundry that had modern equipment. We found and purchased an old building on the corner of 25th Ave N.W. and Center Point Parkway. This was our second laundry and it was very important for us to take what we had learned from our first location and apply it to Wash It Quick laundry. We spent a great deal of time time trying to get the layout just right to maximize the use of space.
