I had carpet installed. The carpet was not installed properly. This information was given to me by persons sent to look at the carpet by home depot. The end result was the installation was not done correctly but in order to correct the matter we might do damage to the carpet and would be liable. Therefore we will not attempt to correct the problem caused by istallation of carpet by our store. End result my carpet has waves in it thoughout my entire home. I chose home depot because I thought a company of this size would stand behind their installers and product. This is only a thought. The reality is what you get is what you are stuck with. Most people understand and appreciate the work it takes to make any company a success. Without new customers and retaining existing customers that pay their bills, any company would fail. Sunshine Supplies, Inc. began in 1988, in Alabama. Alabama has never been at the forefront of the environmental movement. Sunshine sells erosion control and sediment control products while supporting our customers-the installers of these products. In order to provide recognition that our products were needed, and the need for a cleaner environment in Alabama, education of the people was required. We knew an educational effort was ahead of us. Collaborating with anyone who agreed, over the last twenty years, we spoke to thousands of people, put on close to a hundred educational seminars, some included demonstration field-days that showed soil erosion did not have to occur and sediment control could prevent sediment from leaving disturbed areas. This effort paid off and allowed us to remain in business for the last twenty years. I want to thank everyone who helped us over this period. There are many people who believed in not only what we were doing, but believed that Alabama's environment should be protected. Thank every last one of you. The need for for our efforts are greater now than ever, and I intend to continue forward for the children. Every Alabamian has a role in the future health of our environment. I encourage all to actively work to seek ways we can build for the future and prevent destruction of the environment. Support organizations such as The Soil and Water Conservation Society.
